However to make It a tad easier the 2 apks I personally have found useful on many tutorials & builds I've done was "Task Killer" which is more freeing for memory/ram (you want the white icon version with tools on it 1.2.39 I believe ) and the Amazon store apk "Background Apps & Process list" this will make it a lot easier to close running apks in the background as well as clear cache of apks with a "close all option" that will run you through the list back to back. Also keep in mind it's always going to repopulate as well when you use a apk or even the screensaver for that matter which is a big one. Thus far I have found manually is the only true way to do so. These apk's say they do but, you can check your settings under "manage applications" and you will still have memory in cache. Any cleaner apks wether it be Sd Maid, xplorer, EsExplorer, and many others are great for other purposes, although just placebo effect on this topic. I know there will be lots of indifference on this answer but the answer is truly NO.
